First Place Inc. is proud to once again announce the ANN RAINBIRD SCHOLARSHIP for 2014 Work and Travel applicants! Together with our partner and sponsor CIEE, we will be providing financial aid by covering program fees for three exceptional students, enabling them to represent the Philippines as cultural exchange ambassadors in the United States.
The scholarship was established in the memory and honor of Ms. Ann Rainbird of CIEE, an admired proponent of global public diplomacy.
